"The Imperial Brass Quintet and St. Andrew have formed quite a partnership
over the years. We like to refer to them as our "resident brass ensemble". Not
only are they five superb musicians, they are also our friends. Many opportunities
lie ahead to build on this relationship and we are excited to move forward, plan
and perform with them.
The Imperial Brass Quintet creates a sound that excites and demands full attention.
It is thrilling to witness five players become one right before your eyes. The
ensemble has partnered with the St. Andrew Chancel Choir many times. As collaborative
artists, they are incredibly sensitive to every nuance pertaining to balance,
conducting gestures and enhancement of the choral sound."
"This year, I invited the Imperial Brass to perform for our middle school and elementary band students. My goal was to expose my students to some of Dallas' most talented musicians. Not only did our students get to hear some of Dallas' finest musicians, they experienced a professional music production. Each member of the quintet demonstrated professionalism and an ability to adapt their performance to the needs of the audience. You can be confident that you are getting a top notch group with the Imperial Brass."
Steve Sauerwein, Band Director, Rockwall ISD."On behalf of the Elm Grove Band, I would like to thank you for an enjoyable and outstanding performance. The students are still buzzing about the things they heard and saw. In fact, we had a two students ask to sign up for band due to your performance. Let us make this an annual event. Thank you!"
Steven Jay Turner, Director of Bands, Elm Grove Middle School."Imperial Brass performed at our wedding and it was such an enjoyable experience. They were so professional, easy to work with and provided so many wonderful music selections to meet our needs. Because it was a Christmas wedding, why not take full advantage of the brass quintet to create an ambience that was perfect for this time of the year? They customized the selections of prelude, ceremony and postlude music that created a joyous Christmas celebration and our guests agreed that it was a spectacular result. We would highly recommend Imperial Brass no matter what time of the year!"
